We are launching Teach for ASEAN this May in Myanmar to serve the educational needs of the underprivileged in Yangon.

What will you do?
- Train Myanmar Children and Youths in English / IT competencies using the modules and tools developed
- Carry out assessment tests to track and monitor each individual’s progress
- Mentor and guide beneficiaries during project work and classroom activities
- Actively participate in the iterative process of developing, executing and revising teaching modules
- *Survey and collect data to evaluate programme for future improvement

Who can do this?
- 18 years and older
- Fluent in written and spoken English (all nationalities welcome)
- Passionate about making a difference in other people’s lives
- Reasonable level of fitness (if you have any health concerns that may be affected by tropical heat, please discuss with a medical professional prior to travel)
- Willingness to go the extra mile for our beneficiaries
Skills needed:
- Teaching-related experience / training
- Experience / Training in teaching English Language; or
- Familiarity with developing Audio Books and Teaching modules; or
- Proficiency in Burmese / Ability to translate from English to Burmese or Burmese to English; or
- Experience / Training in socio-economic research
