Fortitude Culina aims to empower and instil independence and knowledge to the visually impaired community through culinary, pastry and baking skills development.
For the Blind Cooking Project, Fortitude Culina is looking for volunteers who can teach their visually impaired chefs on how to make fresh bread jams and Baguette.
