Organization: The National Kidney Foundation
Time Commitment: flexible
Location: islandwide

As the largest kidney foundation in Singapore, NKF promotes kidney transplant and provides quality, highly subsidized dialysis treatment and holistic care to needy kidney patients. We also encourage and empower the community to take charge of their health through education and prevention of kidney disease. We are currently serving over 4,300 patients, about two-thirds of the total kidney patient population.

NKF’s volunteer programme - Circle of Hearts - inspires kidney patients to rise above their adversities so that they can lead a better quality of life. Its various meaningful activities facilitate their rehabilitation journey and help them cope better with their long-term illness.

Grains of Hope
Under the Grains of Hope (GOH) programme, volunteers help deliver food provisions and basic necessities to NKF patients once every two months. Volunteers play an instrumental role as befrienders during deliveries by offering patients social and emotional support. Be a pillar of support to NKF’s patients now!
An important note is that the food delivery will be conducted in pairs.
